A proposal for a bank on Hereford Street:

This was a proposal for a commercial building to replace a demolished building on the corner of Colombo and Hereford Streets. It was prepared for a developer to pitch to the land owner, and did not proceed. The version shown to the land owner was finished in smooth plaster instead of red brick. The idea was to create an attractive, versatile and timeless building able to be assembled relatively inexpensively from a small kitset of precast concrete components. The building was modelled by James Carr and rendered be Nick Treloar at W2 Limited.
